Terrible service! A few days ago I wrote a bad review because I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with only 50,000 miles, and in one month it has broken down twice. Jeff Basille, the owner of Autobanc, called me and asked me to please delete the review, saying they would fix my car. Now they're telling me they want to use the extended warranty, and according to Jeff, an inspector has to come and examine the car to verify that the extended warranty applies, and only then will they fix my car. I’m telling everyone I know DO NOT buy a car from auto banc. We bought 2 cars from them .one on April and one 2 months ago and they’re both in the shop. The car we bought only 2 months ago which still has temporary tags on it… The engine completely died…!! We went back to dealer he said there’s nothing he can do for us.. he won’t even give us a loaner.. Soy un cliente antiguo de este lugar he comprado dos autos y referido a varias personas pero hace 4 meses compré una camioneta y desde la segunda semana me empezó a fallar me consume aceite Julián tenía toda la disposición para colaborarme pero ahora que Julián no está trabajando en este lugar la nueva administración no me ha dado ninguna solución y estoy perjudicado ya que el auto permanece más en el taller es una lástima por qué el servicio era muy bueno en este lugar
