NO WAY.. would I use this company again..they withheld an extra $150.00 from a refund I request on June 17, 2013.. On June 7, 2013 I went to the business to get a radio for my husbands tractor.. The tech came out on the 11th to install.. He had wrong radio and speakers, therefor nothing was done..I decide to cancel on the 14th and was told I'd to what until manger comes in to check with. They sold me on the idea of great customer service and the warranty of their services then charged me and outrageous amount for it. Then the amp that they raved about blew in less than 2 months. took it back to the thwm. not only was the amp blown but the fuse was as well. Took it back and tgey said it would be 5-10 business days. It is now going on 3 months and still no amp.They treat me way different now than they did when they were selling me the amp. They don't offer cash refunds. I would stay away feom them.

Worst service ever, had my vehicle for a week and still needed longer. Owner was a complete A$$ and has an incompetent staff. At the end the gave me my vehicle without everything working properly.
