Baught a jeep from this place they let me test drive the car so I was looking at things inside the car and what worked I never thought I would have to worry about the tires at a dealer ship. The I paid to have held was bieng driven throughout the time. Manager has no respect for people or what happens only profit the prefer to return the down payment then to give money for tires not even a day after
Did my research prior to coming in, had a pre approval, came in took a test drive, sat down with Alberto and got a great price on a Acura. Whole process at the dealership took about 30mins, easiest car purchase I’ve ever had.
The sales person Alberto was exceptional in his customer service. Nick ( the owner) would receive a negative 10. Yes he's in business for a profit but you should treat your customers with honesty. The vehicle I purchased had frame damage. I was told the tire sensor was on due to tire change. I asked to change vehicles but was reassured it would drive to Las Vegas. 8 miles down the road it felt like it was going to fall apart. He didn't want to take it back.
