We didn’t stay here very long and only test drove one car which was in pretty rough condition even with the higher miles. The lady we spoke to was nice but the customer service was basically non-existent. She then proceeded to ask us how we planned to purchase which felt a bit awkward. It all seemed a bit unorganized as well. It wasn’t an awful experience, but we were overall unimpressed.
Vanessa was really pleasant to work with and even though we came by late they were more than willing to help us out! The process of buying the car was easy and smooth all throughout.
Vanessa at Auto Auction of America was fantastic! She was honest, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I bought a van that had a cracked windshield and they took care of it right away. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable place to buy a vehicle.
