Transmission went out… never said they needed 2 years oil change. Husband changed oil and they said that voided my policy. Refused to pay…. This company is a scam!!! Nissan repair said transmission has nothing to do with oil change and they should have paid!!!
DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! SCAM ALERT!!!! They will de-value your vehicle to avoid paying claims even if you haven't reached the plan mileage and/or length of the contract. BEWARE!
These guys are a joke was told they cover from bumper to bumper tried to use them with supreme coverage for Cadillac converter they said no that it’s not covered
These companies lied to me and didn’t Pay for air condition that broke down. Their ad says you can used your mechanic. Don’t believe that.my mechanic work for a Chevy dealer and they would not fix it. I had to pay the bill. It was between 700 and 800 dollars. My paper was sold to Assure With out notification. This started with Endurance warranty. If I could give zero stars I would this place convinced my elderly sick mother that she needed to upgrade her warranty on a car that was new , they told her the dealer contacted them to let her know to upgrade and the dealer never heard of them before . I was only able to get some of the money back from the credit card company and by the way they are being sued in other states for scamming elderly people!
