First, they had my truck for 5 months and during that time my radio got stolen and they replaced it and now I don’t have my backup camera which I had it and it worked well because my husband really liked that . The rear view mirror was missing and they said it wasn’t there when they got the truck and um, what the heck!!!! It was involved in an accident and I m sure upon impact it got hit and between rescuing my husband from the accident that was involved the truck hitting a guard rail head on! Kayla was beyond amazing if you ever have to get work done make sure she is there to call your nerves. Brian was a little amazing also, he definitely did not sit back and do nothing like most GM’s do. Kayla and Brian together equals a great experience dispute your vehicles condition.

I turned in my car to Gerber in the location of Charlotte Pike due to the fact of a crash I went through we did have some bumps in the road due to part issues as Kia cars normally have and to a bad snow storm but they made it worth the wait I appreciate them working on my car.
