My car was rear ended and after auto art finished it there's not a blemish anywhere. Customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. I will definitely go to them If I ever need anything done again.

Dropped my car off on May 5th, and was told it would be 7 days. Here it is the 21th of May and I still don't have my car. I have never been contacted or notified by the company, unless I complain to my insurance and then amazingly they call right after that. I have had the date changed so many times. They have told the insurance co one thing, and proceeded to tell me another. So we have conflicting stories. They have no regards for their customers. Brian at Auto Art is wonderful. I took my car in because the window wasn't working right. I appreciate the fact that he tried to reset the window and tried a new switch before just replacing the motor when it could have been something else. My 2011 Chevy Cruze was involved in an accident and had front-end center damage. My insurance company recommended Auto Art of Smyrna and my car was towed to their building. I picked up my car yesterday (Friday, Dec 23, 2011) - The car is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! You cannot even tell it was involved in a front-end collision. The hood and front fender lines are perfectly spaced, the paint applied impeccably, and they even cleaned the interior. They did a great job repairing crash damage on my car and charged a good price and even vaccummed and washed the car when they'd finished. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
These folks are very professional. My car was repaired promptly and done well. They even delivered it to me at my home since I had no one to drive me to the shop to pick it up. They made a difficult task easy. Great service!
