For the second time this location could not repair one of my commercial trucks, They took it in, but call me the next day to let me know repair was not possible. A year ago they took in my RAM pro master, and it took them two weeks to call me back, just to let me know repair was not possible in their shop do it to the height of the van? I am not happy with this location, not what I was expecting
They did a fabulous job on my car paint job on bumper was spectacular bumper was not aligned properly they fixed it. Didn't take as long as I thought to repair Jessica and her boss were so professional and courteous listened to our concerns would definitely recommend Gerber
They gave us a $2,000 ish estimate. Then came back with a $5,600 charge after taking everything apart. Granted, I know there are things you wouldn’t catch until you got started, but double the price? I told them to put it back together so we could take it somewhere else. They charged us $300. Okay, fine. They didn’t put it back together. Missing pieces the other shop will have to order. From initial estimate to the final walk-around, Ben was thorough and detailed about everything needed to repair our 2023 Kia Sportage. The car exterior looks brand new and the cleaning of the interior was meticulous. We were given a very reasonable timeline for the repairs, and were pleased at the speed with which we got our vehicle back. Will absolutely recommend this shop for efficient, quality service.
Excellent communication and an excellent job fixing my jeep. Was finished exactly when they said it would be and it looks perfect. Highly recommend and would for sure use again if needed.
