They have had my daughter's car for almost a month, and keep extending out the ready date further and further. I let my daughter drive my car, and I'm not sure if I'll ever get it back, because I don't think this company is ever going to get her car done. I wish she had taken it somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them.
Steer clear if possible, at the very least do not take possession of your vehicle until you are 100% satisfied. According to the work order the technician removed and re-installed a part that was damaged in the accident, when I asked about said part they lied right to my face and said they'd order a replacement. I called twice, literally 30 days apart, and was lied to both times, again, with them telling me they would order said part.
Updated 2.5 years later - I did obviously get my car back in March or 2022. They had it for 3 months and I had to hand them back the keys every time bc they returned it to me unfinished and with glass and debris inside the air vents. Here I am 2.5 years later having issues with my sliding door and took it to Honda only for them to suggest that I take it to Gerber for the lifetime warranty instead of paying Honda the diagnostic. My mother brought her car in to fix a dent in her hood caused by a falling branch. She simply wanted to get an estimate and approximate ETA for how long to fix, as the car was driveable and she didn't want to leave it when they weren't ready. They said they'd call her with an ETA. Didn't hear anything back, she had to call them 3 days later and still nothing. We went to get the car 4 days after dropping it off and hearing nothing from them.
