I have bought an Escalade from Auto Arena for $25,000 and was never told about structural damage and when I went to trade it for a GMC Denali Carmax told me about structural damage and offered me $15,000 and i’ve only had the vehicle for 4 months and im down 10,000 on the car because of the structural damages. The dealership made a home run on me on this vehicle and lied straight to my face and when I send them a screenshot of structural damage the sales person played dumb and asked like he didn’t know.
