I made an appointment for 1:00 to get a two things done. Shannon told me I would be able to wait while it was done. She asked me if I was dropping the car off and I said she told me I could wait. She said they were finishing up a truck and I was next. After waiting 25 minutes, Shannon came out to the car and said something on the truck they were working in broke. Unprofessional. Which is a shame cause I was only coming here based off a family members recommendation. Made an appointment a week out so I could have time to schedule a day off for the work to be done. Get a call not even 24 hours before my appointment and they told me because OTHER people didn't make their appointments on time that now they had to move mine. The best place you've ever visited for car repairs. Carl is an absolute great person and so is his wife Shannon. The workers listen and accompany your issues quickly and effectively. They're awesome you should take your car there for their deal for brakes
More than satisfied! My daughter was leaving for out of state and needed an oil pan. They checked the car over and found she needed more than just that. They really took the time to make sure everything was safe and sound for her long drive. Thank you so much.
Not sure why Carl refused to do service on a car that he had previously did the same service on. Not very professional if you ask me. Not like it’s a hard repair either. Expected to be harassed by whoever responds to these now.
