An Ing. Mercedes mechanic – The owner, Norick is many things - what he doesn't usually mention is he has an Ing. degree from U. Vienna and worked for Mercedes development for years. He's a great guy but not exactly gregarious. The other mech's in the shop don't always know exactly what the plan is, and the place isn't the cheapest. Good people, good price If you want to sip a latte in the customer lounge while waiting for the courtesy shuttle, stay away. If you want friendly, competent, trustworthy people to fix your car for a good price then go on down. If you happen to be Armenian mention it to the proprietor and you'll get a good conversation out of it.

Trustworthy I was reccomended by a friend of mine who had been going to Auto Alpina for years. I felt very comfortable that my car was in good hands. I was getting brake work as well as my 60,000 mile tune-up. It was done fast and the price was very fair. I am so happy that I've found somebody I can trust with my car!!!
