I have had an excellent experience with Rick at Auto Air Online. I ordered a compressor for my Motorhome online and Rick suspected that it might be incorrect. He reached out to me asking for pictures and sure enough, it was the wrong one. Then Rick with his decades of experience suggested a higher output compressor model which cost the same amount. Rick went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with my A/C compressor failure on our RV (which are notoriously a pain in the butt) and he even express shipped an air dryer to me on his own dime. Two thumbs up!!

I had a middling experience overall. The parts supplied did not exactly fit the type of compressor ultimately but Rick kept trying to make it right. I ended up using only the clutch plate from the kit supplied. Rick decided to refund my money which was a pleasant surprise. I would check in with him the next time I need anything concerning the compressor on my cars.
