Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable. He called to confirm the compressor I ordered online and after some discussion and a few pictures he recommended a different compressor that better fit our needs.
I have had an excellent experience with Rick at Auto Air Online. I ordered a compressor for my Motorhome online and Rick suspected that it might be incorrect. He reached out to me asking for pictures and sure enough, it was the wrong one. Then Rick with his decades of experience suggested a higher output compressor model which cost the same amount. Rick went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with my A/C compressor failure on our RV (which are notoriously a pain in the butt) and he even express shipped an air dryer to me on his own dime. Two thumbs up!!
