I had a middling experience overall. The parts supplied did not exactly fit the type of compressor ultimately but Rick kept trying to make it right. I ended up using only the clutch plate from the kit supplied. Rick decided to refund my money which was a pleasant surprise. I would check in with him the next time I need anything concerning the compressor on my cars.

Auto Air Online is a stand up business, Rick is very helpful and helped me immensely. The prices are very reasonable and he shipped the very next day. Every thing arrive in good order and was packaged very well. He even sent me installation info at no charge. I will be doing business with him in the future.

I ordered an item 2nd day air freight and the item was delivered the next day! I inspected the item and its packaging. Item was packaged very well and I was very pleased to see that what I ordered was made in USA. I then received an email from Rick with a full credit for freight. I contacted Rick with Autoaironline to see if it was a mistake. Rick told me that since the item shipped from a location close to me expedited shipping wasn't necessary.
