They had a couple used tires my friend needed and they are very friendly which these days is hard to find

I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and they removed all four tires before telling me they couldn’t complete the rotation. Instead of explaining the issue professionally, the employee had a bad attitude and was dismissive when I asked questions. I told them I understood if there was a reasonable service fee for the time they spent looking at the vehicle, but charging me the full price for a tire rotation that was never completed was not fair.
