Spoke to AAEM after being let down by Jayco mackay. The guys diagnosed the issue with our RV toilet, fitted us in and rectified the problem with a little elbow grease and ingenuity. Doug and Josh were easygoing and helpful and very transparent. Will recommend these guys to everyone I speak to, and will definitely use them again when I am in Mackay.
Outstanding service and honesty! I took my Toyota Prado to AAEM Group after a frustrating experience elsewhere, and they were fantastic. They diagnosed the issue quickly, performed a full A/C service (including evac and regas), replaced leaking service valves, and even fitted the winch solenoid switch, all for a very reasonable price. Fit me in in a relatively short time frame and got my aircon working beautifully just in time for summer
Rang for help as our caravan lights were not working. Told them we were on our way to Brisbane. Bring the caravan in straight away. Might have to wait. Within an hour the problem was solved repaired and the cost was minimal. Amazing service. Highly recommend this company.
