Nice guys and great affordable auto repair.
Complete Replacement Use my 03 Mountaineer for work and when the AC went out I was on a tight time crunch to get it done. Mike and his team got me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and gave me options in a timely manner. We replaced the compressor and it has been ice cold ever since. Well done!
Honest and reliable The 'Check Engine' light came on in my car and I took it here to see what was causing the problem. After spending some time assessing the engine and reviewing the computer codes the mechanic determined it was a loose gas cap and nothing more. Mike didn't even charge me, told me to come back and see them when I had a real problem. Very trustworthy and honest, I cannot recommend them enough.
Great Service & Great Guys! NOT RECOMMENDED Had our A/C serviced by them in 2008. Paid over $800 to fix the "mode door actuator" on our Chevy Trailblazer. Same thing broke this summer, and I fixed it myself in less than 30 minutes!!!!! Boy they sure did rake me over the coals...or didn't know what they were doing and spent 8hrs fixing a problem that should take 30 minutes. see below for details.I was told that is was so expensive as they had to remove the dash which takes 8hrs of labor for only a $30 part. Mike and Crew Rock! Always efficient, never over priced. In fact, I was not charged once for checking the electrical system because there was nothing wrong and I had just been in with another vehicle. Another time, I needed a new air conditioner and received free cabin air filters.Forget second opinions, just bring your vehicle here!
Wow. Amazing experience. Very Trustworthy. I am an automotive idiot. I can't not admit it. I am one of those that has to trust the places I go to get our vehicles look at. I also work for USAA so please know that working for a customer service champion I expect the best service when I go somewhere and share it when I've had great and not so great experiences.
