Alicia was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new(to us) car. There were a few minor issues we wanted resolved before purchasing it. All were taken care of before we picked up the car. Will definitely consider using them again if we decide to purchase another used car even though we live 90 minutes away
I wouldn’t even give this place a one star rating I really should have known better to get a car from this place especially when I told them I wanted something safe for me and my young daughter. And they just seemed shady from the get go. I haven’t had this car no longer than 6 months and it’s in the shop for transmission problems. And while in the shop they told me I had an oil leak, back differential needs to be replaced, the subframe is bent pretty badly. We were interested in a vehicle that Auto Advantage had and after speaking with some people via phone and text we decided to drive the two hours to see the vehicle. Mind you my husband took a day off of work for us to go down there. We get there about lunch time, check out the vehicle and decide we want it. Great place. Gave me a chance when I was struggling to find a vehicle. Would definitely recommend giving them a look if you are in need of a ride.
Great experience! Was fast at helping me get into something much better. And was very patient with me in all my obstacles. Would definitely recommend.
