I took my car to them for a diagnosis, and they charged me $600. After that, when I went to pick up my car, I found that they hadn’t fixed it properly, but they gave me a bill of $1,500.

I brought my Cadillac to Tom at Auto Addicts after hearing a small noise from the rear that had me concerned. Tom took the time to go for a ride with me so I could show him exactly what I was hearing, then put the car on the hoist to investigate.
