RecommendedTook my car for a wheel alignment after is was done I noticed they curbed my wheel (scrap rim against something) so I let them know. They took full responsibility and got my wheel fix, they also even supplied me with a rental since my car doesn’t come with a spare. Had a flat tire that needed to get fixed. I was able to leave the tire there to get fixed. Jack Williams put the tire on when I returned. I was not there long before I was on the road again. Also, quite pleased that there was NO CHARGE for the tire repair since I bought the tires from them.
I go there for my car needs, and I was not happy yesterday, February 7th when I went in to get a radiator fluid leak checked. I went in I did my paperwork took my keys and I sat down after about 45 minutes went by there's pretty many bays open, so I asked when I was going to be next and he said well since it's free I have when a guy's done there I have somebody looking at, they took it in he opened the hood check the fluids and came back in didn't even put it up to see if it was leaking underneath ask if I put something in i... read more
