I purchased my car from Auto Addictions of Columbia, our agreement was he would pay 50% inspection, engine and transmission work for 90 days. Since I lived out of state I would also have to wait for the title. The title was late, leaving me with no tags. He claimed he mailed them but never gave me a confirmation number. Never paid the last 50% of the bills, ignored my emails. When I finally reached him by phone he said he paid more then intended already and he wasn't paying more.
