Juerg is a nice guy, his workmanship and choice of materials/parts is pretty good. We did have an issue and he should have been more confident to say there was an issue with a setup, rather than avoiding to say "he's not happy". I had an audio nerd look at the work, it was the real simple things... these were resolved by us guys, not Juerg. His explanation of "additional costs" were non existent... The experience overall was so-so... I'd be happy to alter my review if he finds the time to explain additional costs. Right now ... read more
