I had a tonneau cover installed today. As usual Ford always has excellent service. I have a morale patch collection on the headliner of my truck. This morning I noticed the technician checking it out when he got in. Nothing out of the ordinary, people are interested in all the patches. Once the install was completed the tech "I can't remember his name, plus I was sick from allergies" said he noticed all my patches. He tossed his unit patch on the counter as a gift. Got my truck lifted, rubber mats, and will get window tint next week. Donna was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very transparent with pricing up front. Michael helped finish up the checkout process- he was very kind and helpful. One thing that stuck out to me was that the accessories installer, Mark, actually came out to my truck to explain in detail what he had done and what kind of changes to expect after a lift.
