A true nightmare to deal with. It’s like a bunch of “Thugs” run the business. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. When it comes to getting your title back after you have paid the agreement off, they give you excuse after excuse, fees appear out of nowhere on your final installment payment. They rescued me from a title loan. Then gave me a loan every 8 months or so..I paid it by automatic debit. In less than 2 years, my credit score was so high, I got a car with no down payment. If you can't/ don't pay bills on time, yes, you will always be HIGH RISK to lenders and ALWAYS have high interest rates.Financial patterns are established early on life and if you continue those bad habits, you will regret it long term
