I took my vehicle here to get my A/C diagnosed because the A/C button light kept blinking and turning off. Ken from the front desk called with an initial issue but claimed the rear A/C needed a separate test, wanting an additional $220. I pointed out that I had already agreed to a $220 diagnostic fee from the start assuming it will include a full diagnose to figure out why the whole AC in the car was not working, since the back vents where not blowing out cold air only hot. They fixed it it didn’t work but two months and then I went back in there and they wanted to charge me $99 for estimate for repair. They’re out of their mind. What a rip off what if it was just a fuse my blower motor wasn’t working. I don’t get these folks. What a rip off. I thought they were good. What a mistake I made going in there should’ve went to Firestone. They don’t charge you but $20 for an estimate of repair so if you can’t afford it, you just pay them $20 and take the Repair estimate and do it when you can afford ... read more
This place is very friendly, Israel and Jessy are so honest , they helped me to fix one of my tires. I highly recommend it.
Actually same place as Chapman Auto Service, probably they created this ghost company to cover their bad reviews.
