Has the complicated relocation been completed? I believe they forgot to move your phone lines.
The owner was upfront and honest when I called to inquire about a vehicle. We've been to a few used dealerships lately and Auto 8000 was the only one with integrity.
Found a vehicle I was interested in online and tried calling a ton of times with no answer. No one returned my call and my husband was on his way to go look at another vehicle at another location. Because no one answered my multiple calls I told him to drop by on his way to see the other vehicle. I don’t know how this place stays in business. I tried calling them several times to inquire about 3 smart cars they had for sale. After calling for over a week and not getting anyone on the phone and no one returned my messages I visited the dealer. I waited for a half hour and they only had one sales person there and she was busy I left. I went home and for the next few days I called several times and I finally got someone on the phone. 5 stars does not do this place justice! After two very negative dealership experiences, I was worried about my next car purchase. Tia and everyone else at Auto 8000 were extremely friendly and transparent without any feeling of pressure. They wanted to make sure I had the perfect fit for my car and my budget.
