Update: The response below does not talk anything about the in charge person trying to hard sell about getting a new battery. He kept insisting and pushing me "get a new battery" despite me refusing. And I would like to see what you report shows - since your smog test finished in 2 mins. SCAM! DO NOT GO! I went for my smog test. I have been going to Auto 1 Service Center for many years. Auto 1 Service Center owner, technicians and receptionist are very professional and provided me excellent customer service. Highly recommend Auto 1 Service center to my friends and colleagues and others. very clean lounge and shop and will be going there soon for other services.
I have been going to Auto1 for more than 6 years. Perry and his staff are very helpful, honest and take utmost care for their customers. I stopped going to dealers after finding this place
They performed a full-detail, smog check and some minor repairs on my 2022 Honda Accord. Excellent service and quality work, very professional. Definitely recommend!
