Where do I begin...I found a Jeep online at Auto 1. From the pictures, it looked like it was in really good shape, so I text him and set up an appointment to see it. I was texting him on the way there, and then I got a text that said,..sorry, today is not going to work, can we make it for another day? Wonderful car buying experience! I always get nervous going alone to buy a vehicle. I'm not as knowledgeable and feel sometimes dealerships like to take advantage of that. However Eileen was amazing! Aside from making me feel extremely comfortable she was also very knowledgeable on all the vehicles she had on hand! Would absolutely recommend to friends! After driving 6 hours from Virginia alone with my two small children, I was told the vehicle I was purchasing was in great condition and that it had been checked out by a certified mechanic. Only 30 minutes into the drive, I called Joe letting him know there were several issues.
