Behavior technicians are not experienced at all, minimum requirements is having high school degree and short “training” due are entry level. Managers are doing barely their minimum with not professionalism about the kids necessities, always “busy” or flaking about meeting to supervise. Our family stayed with ALP for about 3 years and we had a lot of good moments together and we are very grateful for it. Most of the team members were really good people and they do understand that they have to work with a parents as well as their clients-kids and this is a stressful and challenging time for the parents or caregivers.
