I am sorry to have to rate this place with a one star as we never even got to start services for the 5 months we have been trying to. When I originally tried getting services in January I was told a month out for in home services. Went two months without hearing back from anyone and then was told the person didnt work for ALP anymore and that someone else would be contacting us. Wow. This company has been weird to deal with from the start, but there's not a ton of options for center-based therapies on the east side. So, we did a tour and went through the whole intake process for them to call and tell me "Oh, actually, we're at capacity." Um, we were already going to be on a waiting list, so what does that even mean? It was clearly a lie and there was something else going on but I have no idea what. Giving 1 star because i cant give 0 stars. Awful communication. Didnt explain anything. Didnt listen to anything I said about my child. Set unrealistic expectations. I could go on, please dont waste your time like i did!
