This company is a scam. and then some! My autistic child would've been better off watching paint dry than dealing with ALP. They can't keep any staff, so you will go MONTHSSSS at a time without any techs assigned to your child. Because of that, we dropped ALP in February 2023 and I've been on a payment plan since then for my final balance owed after insurance.
