Excellent service, really helps the kids to interact and motivate them.
I have been to numerous different therapists this one made the biggest difference.
Did a evaluation for my child and haven't heard anything since then, kept calling to get an update on the insurance but all I got was a voicemail or the paperwork is still processing so I wouldn't recommend this place 🤷♀️
DON'T come here if you have private insurance. Office management is not competent in handling private insurance claims. After paying a high co-pay each visit and meeting my deductible in February, I informed Emily the office manager that we had reached enough visits to meet our deductible which would mean a lesser co -pay. She advised that I continue to pay the high co-pay until the claims were processed. She assured that we would be reimbursed the difference.
