My car was picked up by one of the tow truck drivers. He was professional, quick, and made sure we were alright. The mechanics really know what they are doing and restore your car to perfection. This company is thee WORST towing company ever !!! They will mess up your car and tell you it’s your fault for the damage when all along they know that one of their towing men messed up your car !! Then they’ll charge you to tow your car somewhere else when you tell them you can’t afford their fee for fixing your car after THEY messed it up ! Frankie is a lier & will tell you anything that sounds good & John does nothing but give you run arounds
Was told repairs would take 2 weeks. 6 weeks still waiting. Unresponsive and unreliable. Very unprofessional. If you can fix it yourself, do it. I only wish zero stars was an option.
