I have a 30+ year old Skilsaw inherited from my father. Great old saw, but needed a new cord and cord protector. The label is so worn the model and serial numbers are not visible. The manufacturer has changed hands at least a couple of times since the saw was made and not able to help me. Someone recommended Authorized Tool Service. No model number? No problem. Guy took one look at the saw and knew exactly what was needed. Repaired for a reasonable price and sooner than promised. Thank you.

They will not touch Dewalt garden tools. i took a dewalt battery 16 inch chain saw in and no go. i have used them for other repairs with no problems.
The woman working in here is terrible. I called 10 times in a row no answer straight to voicemail. I drive all the way to the store the owner I assume where the person works on the tools not there women’s Road says you don’t know if you can fix or not, he’s not there not answering the phone, totally unprofessional wasting my time and all my gas going here. I would not recommend this business. They got it together.
Great little shop. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and they have great customer service. My hammer drill was fixed very quickly letting me continue busting up tile in my kitchen!
