Horrible customer service. He showed up an hour late and charged ME extra for a few small things my vacuum didnt pick up in the borders of my carpet. Definitely not a carpet cleaning service I would recommend to anyone. He threatened to walk out and not do the job when I questioned his pricing methods. Very unprofessional.
