Tim was very professional and nice, he did the job in a timely manner.
Everything was fine, he was absolutely the best. He had a little bit of a time figuring out what was wrong, but that didn't stop him. It works fine now. I would highly recommend Authorized Service.
Tech seemed knowledgeable and courteous. No actual repairs but advice made sense. Ordered new clothes washer. Felt service charge was excessive, but what isn't anymore!
He was very nice and very knowledgeable.
