Amber did good, but the rubber piece hanging out bottom was cosmetic and did not effect anything. She took panel off and it was all chewed up, but it would not effect anything. Service call for nothing is ridiculous, but not her fault. Other than that everything was okay.
He was very knowledgeable and had our washer fixed quickly
