On time and super quick
Tim took great care of us. He listened to our concerns, determined the issue and talked through the resolution. Our stovetop sensors simply needed to be recalibrated and checked. The issue was resolved quickly and he answered all our questions.
Very very happy with all aspects of their repair...very nice to deal with...would Def refer them to anyone
Didn't take as long as refrigerator to get parts and repairs done. Only had the set for about 18 months that is the disappointment
