We have always used Authorized Service for our appliance repairs. The technician, Tim, came and did a great job when my dryer stopped. We thought he had it fixed, but it actually needed a new part. He called me, though, when the dryer stopped after his first visit, and walked me thru a temporary fix until he could come back with the part! So helpful!
On time, actually early which worked better for us. Diagnosed the problem and informed us about Affresh dishwasher cleaner to avoid further problems. Courteous and professional. We will definitely call Authorized Service Company in the future.
