Mediocre monitoring services, when alarm does go off, more time then not we get no call from monitoring service. Makes you worried for the times it's real and not a false alarm
Authorized Security did work for the condo I live in so they did not have any "interactions" with me as they noted below. They were awful to deal with as per the manager and board and the owner/main guy is rude. There are multiple security companies out there and do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
