Don’t understand the point of this company. They’re great at collecting money when you make a mistake but when you try to make a reservation it’s almost impossible.
The customer service lady I spoke to was very rude and not helpful at all. In addition, when registering a vehicle. It should be clear how many reservations are available and option to see previous reservations with the dates/time.
I input a license plate that had been input on a previous occasion but made a mistake on one number. Got ticketed and had to pay a late fee. There was no evidence of a ticket on the vehicle at any time. Attitude of the customer service person was completely insensitive. I will be approaching my condo corp to have them look into competative services as I find this totally unacceptable.
Fake time on the tickets and regular issues on the website.
Terrible service, barely provides any instructions, makes parking extra hard for visitors. Vague rules for calling in to receive permit. Excruciatingly long process to call in cars for overnight. Is this supposed to be a 24:7 service, barely any info on site. A company that makes things harder for people already going through a tough time.
