Our color laser printer was printing magenta on every piece of paper. Terry and Kurt were amazing. They replace the magenta drum and now it prints beautifully. I will definitely be going back for any future printer issues.
This company has been fixing our printers for 30 years. They're always on time on the job good price and great service. I highly recommend anybody in business that needs their office machines repaired to use authorized offices systems. You won't be disappointed.
In the past I’ve tried Geek Squad, waited forever for my appointment only to learn when I got there that they recommend their recycling program because repair wasn’t on that printer’s horizon. Today I just walked out of Authorized Office Systems with a working printer! Same day I called I was able to drop off, and the following day it was ready for pick up! My cherished Epson 8550 Eco Tank has another life - no recycle bin! Thank you Terry & team!
My Canon Pixma MG7720 had problem printing properly. Most letters were hazy and cannot be read. Authorized Office Systems was able to fix it within a day. It just needed a print head which I have to order from the website. It took me about 3 weeks to get that spare part. Authorized Office Systems can fix the problem, but you have to provide them with the spare part. I am satisfied with my experience with them.
I had a paper jam of sticky label paper that was stuck in my HP laser printers fuser and it was very tough to get to so I decided to let a pro deal with it. They had it fixed within a day for about $75, not bad IMO. Very courteous and professional. My only issue was that they were out of the office a lot so it was difficult to find a time to drop it off. In that case you might just want to schedule a home/office appointment for convenience sake.
