I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Authorized Factory Service. We are so incredibly grateful for the outstanding service we received. Micah went truly above and beyond for us. Glen was extremely helpful. He quickly explained the problem, throughly went through the unit and fixed my problem. He took extra time to go through routine maintenance to keep the machine working well over time and answered my questions. A great experience!
