We recently had our ice maker fixed by Aaron from Authorized Factory Service. Aaron diagnosed the problem & quickly fixed it. He also pointed out that our refrigerator door had a broken part that impaired it from correctly closing. He fixed this problem as well. Aaron communicated well & was professional & courteous. My technician Jon was great!! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my sub zero and why it happened He gave me options on the repair and was very thorough. The parts are ordered and he will be back to fix it! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
