“I had a new Scotsman Ice Machine Installed yesterday to replace the old unit. Devon did an outstanding job with the installation. He was extremely careful removing the old unit and bringing in the new one, ensuring no damage to the walls. Devon was professional,knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the process. He went above and beyond by replacing a bad part from prior installation. I highly recommend him and Authorized Factory Service.
Our double oven went out 2 weeks before Christmas. AFS was able to get to me in a couple of days, and had the parts in stock to repair the oven. Service technician was competent and explained everything. Great experience.

My microwave board went out. Tyler fixed it and looked up the warranty on my cove dishwasher. One of the spokes went bad and he order a new rack that is covered. He did everything he could to represent the company and have a satisfied customer!
