Our technician, Jon, was prompt, friendly and most importantly, fixed the issue and really checked all our sub zero/wolf appliances. I was so impressed in this day and age to experience great customer service!
Tyler was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will call back if we ever have more issues with out fridge.
Glen & Alex were prompt and efficient. They explained the issues and corrected the problem.
Glen was great. Called about 30min before he arrived. Knew exactly what the problem with my fridge was. In and out in about 20 minutes. Super easy and would definitely use AFS again. Thanks glen!
