Authorized Electric was contracted twice through my home warranty company and both times I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and sense of urgency. I've had 4 different technicians come to my home between 3 seperate service visits and each time they were able to locate the issue and provide a solution in a timely manner. I have never been more disappointed in a service provider in my life. If I can save a single person from going thru what I just went thru I will sleep better at night. Things started OK with the technician attempting to locate my issue and then suddenly he said he had to go and my problem was in the ceiling and he would need to write it up to my warranty company and come back. I just purchased a house a couple months ago, and had some electric issues (kitchen appliances that were hard wired and the new ones were not). Scott was prompt, very friendly, and honest about what I needed. He did not make me feel overwhelmed at all, and explained things to me in a simple way that i could understand. I was very pleased with Scott who came early and did an excellent job adding to my breaker box. He also made sure the breaker box was labeled correctly for me as it was not set up very well. He also took time to explain how the new breakers worked. He knew exactly what he was doing and kept the area spotless. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Scott very much. I had issues with a couple light switches not working, he came on time and fixed both switches without any extra fees. He was polite without being overbearing, I will call him if I ever need an electrician again.
