Dryer stopped heating so I called Authorized Commercial Equipment Services. They came out, figured out the issue quickly, and got it fixed without any hassle. Been working properly since.
Yes the rating is real! This is the worse company I’ve ever used. There are plenty of better companies.
No returns, exchange, or store credit allowed. Purchased a thermostat and they recommended the wrong one for my fryer. Wasn’t upset at the wrong recommendation but the fact that it’s still brand new and they won’t exchange, return, or give me store credit is absurd.
