After hearing about multiple experiences at this body shop, we had hoped for a far better experience. This shop left us with no choice but to take matters into our own hands. Our car was left at this body shop for months with little to no updates about the work being completed on the car, and whether or not it would be available when we needed it. Unprofessional and inconsistent, the work done was poor, and we had to take it to another body shop afterwards to have all the work re-assessed and evaluated.
If you’re looking for a place that takes your car in for “repairs” and returns it looking like an abstract art project, look no further! Authorized Collision Experts truly live up to their name—if the collision didn’t wreck your car enough, they’ll finish the job for you. Dropped my vehicle off for a simple bumper replacement. Avoid This Body Shop at All Costs I had an absolutely terrible experience with this body shop. After a traumatic accident, I was misled by an untrustworthy tow truck driver and taken advantage of by this shop. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here, and if your car is currently in their possession, I recommend retrieving it immediately. Please dont take your car there They gave your insurance a high estimate just so that they can save alot of money for themselves, this will negatively impact your insurance and the estimated repair cost will be on your carfax which is not good at all if you wanna sell your car later on. They will keep your car for months just to charge insurance for storage and purposely damage the car to get more money We had a car there for more than 5 months and we paid them around 2500$ just to get the car out
I do not typically write reviews but I feel compelled to speak to my experience with Auto Collision Experts. I have never been in an accident in my life and my biggest fear has always been air bag deploying. In my case, not only did the air bag deploy the car was completely totalled.
