Called this company a few times to repair some of our equipment. Although the repairs were (moderately) made, their customer service skills are less than satisfactory. Not only is thier customer relation skills lacking, but their speed was also a reason for concern. Knowing that we needed our kitchen up and running again asap, they seemed to take their time at the repair. Their prices were very competitive at Appliance Service Center. They were helpful in explaining to me what they did and how to avoid any problems in the future.
Thank you for coming with such short notice, and understanding that going without a washer with three young children in the house constitutes as an "emergency!"
