Horrible experience! He never showed up to do the job on the date he told me. Could never get in touch with him. Once i reached out to the insurance company he had told them i missed my appointment when in fact HE NEVER SHOWED!!! He also gave them a different date from what he told me! I told them he was a no call no show & he decided to tell them to give the job to someone else. At this point it had been a week without hot water & the deposit had already been taken from my account! Now I’m having to wait on them to dispatch... read more

For over a year 1/2, I’ve had the SAME problem with my pool and the pool pump. I’ve have had multiple “professionals” come to repair it unsuccessfully 11 times, yes folks, that’s ELEVEN TIMES within the past year 1/2!! Each time, the root cause of the problem was never fixed, however additional problems were created and it just compounded, getting worse each time.
