We used Authority Plumbing in October/November of 2024 and had no problems with them at all. they did a great job. However we gave our neighbors their number for a drain not draining and a toilet that kept running. Whoever came out told them they don't work on drains. After my neighbors asked them if they could clean the trap they did but the toilet still isn't fixed. then charged them almost 300.00. I do have to say that I am rather embarrassed that we recommended them. what plumber doesn't work on drains??
Called to setup an appoint and was told they could have someone out the next day and I would get a text between 10am-2pm. Had a tenant waiting at the house for a plumber to fix a gas leak till 1:30pm, no text no show. I called and they had no recollection of ever speaking with me even though I spoke with the person answering phones the previous day for 1m10s from my cell phone. Make sure you get an appointment confirmation!!
We always receive excellent service from Authority Plumbing. I highly reccomend!!!
