Authority movers are a joke. They quoted us $5500. The mover arrived and loaded up 1/2 the truck and told us it was gonna cost us $2200 more. He said he could unload the truck but we already put $1600 down, non-refundable money. My husband went over everything with a representative on the phone and told him everything we had to put on the truck. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! PLEASE RESEARCH YOUR MOVING COMPANY! Needed a mover and was referred by some online search I made to these people (broker). They gave me an estimate, took a deposit, then, I was handed off to some thieves of a moving company. I got took for over $7000 worth of property and $4950 of expenses and it all started with Authority Moving experts.

I cannot recommend this company. They are a broker. Your move will not be with them directly. A third party will be your actual mover. Numerous times I’ve been told I’ll receive a call back for things like a video tour for a more accurate quote. Never received it. These positive reviews make me seriously question if they are fake because there is just no way. Update 2/1/24- It has now been SEVEN months and I still not only do not have my things, I also do not know where they are. This company are THIEVES and will steal your money and your belongings!!!
