We’ve been using authority mechanical for several years now .They are a pleasure to work with , very professional, knowledgeable top-notch service. We recently Had our AC stop working on a very hot and humid day Brian was able to come on the same day figure out the problem right away , replaced the broken part and our AC was up and running again .Thank you Authority Mechanical
This team is very professional. They walked though my options for my new HVAC system and even gave me suggestions to give my finished basement better ventilation for heating, optional of course. Once we agreed on a plan they gave my my best options for price to performance. Good HVAC team to have in your contact list.
I have had them install furnace/AC and water heater in the past. Did excellent work. Lately current water heater was leaking due to wear and tear and called them for replacement. Service was excellent and I am very happy with the finished results. They were able to get my installation in same day as the initial consult. Would highly recommend!
When our rental property’s heater stopped working during freezing temperatures, Joe from Authority Mechanical went above and beyond to help us and our tenants. Despite it being after hours for the initial conversations, and later service on a day when most businesses were closed, he expressed care in the situation, assisting remotely as much as he could before the visit.
