We had a vinyl privacy fence purchased and installed by Authority Fencing. My experience from ordering, site visit and planning and installation were all outstanding!! All people we dealt with from Jesus (ordering and planning) to the install guys led by DJ were tremendous! They cleaned up the entire yard and walked through everything to make sure we were satisfied. Professional and considerate in addition to great quality of work can’t be overstated. A very positive experience!! Well done!
A most excellent experience. These guys know their stuff! It was fast and painless. Straight forward on pricing, the crew was respectful and diligent. Our new fence is incredibly beautiful! We have a very large fence with a removal of the old fence involved, and it was only a 2-3 day process. Jesus was great at answering any of my questions literally at any time. They were so easy to work with, took care of the permits, and were by the far the best price! The fence looks great and the install was very quick! We have gotten a lot of compliments.
The bottom of our fence popped out due to the frost pushing the post out of the ground. Authority Fence came out and fixed it for us and another spot that was coming out too. Jared was very professional and nice. Wish we would have used them to install our fence from the start! We will definitely be giving them a call again here soon to come back out and fix our gate.
