The gym is clean, staff are friendly, and our apartment is perfect for us.
WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER, they will keep making lies and fees about something you don’t owe. Cierra Neblett works there, she has a stank attitude will threaten you and then call the police. She has harassed many of the residents at the property. They charge you hundreds of dollars for fees that they don’t mention at move in. They can’t keep staff people frequently quit.
The overall experience for the past two years is positive. This is a quiet and peaceful place for the most part. Since the apartment complex is huge, the experience might differ as I lived on one the edges. Leasing office in general is helpful, especially the help from Cierra and her co-workers. Also, the maintenance guy (I believe his name is Mark) was very respectful and good at what he did.
Honestly, it is the best apartment complex I've lived in. It's clean, and the location is convenient, quiet. Overall, beautiful place. Neighbors are all very friendly, and leasing staff are extremely helpful.
Loving my experience here, great community, very kind staff and they are also quick to resolve issues. Would recommend
