I would not recommend this place. So many hidden fees that they try to hide. For example, they force you to pay 100 a month for lifestyle fee. You also pay for trash and water. When I first signed the lease I was under the assumption rent was 1600 a month but after all fees included it shot up over 2000 a month. They will also steel your security deposit and make stuff up that cabinets are broken even though I made sure everything was spotless and fixed. Authentix was great when we first moved in as they were newly built, even recommended friends to move in. Then new management came through and all the new rules mid lease, changes, and fees made it much less desirable. Counted down the days till our lease was up.
I lived here for a little over 2 years. When we first moved in it was as advertised, luxury for the price. We got to experience the dog park, car wash, gym, pool and everything else and it was amazing! If you asked me to write a review at that point, it would have been 5 stars no questions asked. About 9 months in we were asked if we wanted to continue living there, we said yes because, again, it was an amazing experience to that point. We even opted for the 15 month lease instead of 12. I’ve lived in this complex for almost two years and really enjoyed my time here. The grounds are always clean and green, there’s plenty of parking, great maintenance, and it’s pet-friendly. I’ve seen some people mention noise from other renters, but I had a second-floor unit and never had any issues.
