This place is located next to Culver's. Id would recommend this place for a great place to rent.
Our company uses several apartments at Authentix in Cartersville for corporate housing. The complex is pretty new about 3 years and clean. The best part is their staff, especially Ms Carleigh Gore(i think she is the manager). She was very kind and super-prompt in responding to our needs for maintenance service or other requests. She certainly deserves very high compliments for providing such excellent professional services. Thank you
I’ve been here for a little over a year now and can’t complain. The pool and gym are very nice. Parking can be a pain if you come in late but not really a big deal. Staff management always communicates quickly when issues arise, so I appreciate them for that!
My fiancé and I had a really great experience working with Carleigh and Amanda. Carleigh helped us through the leasing process while we were actually out of the country, and she made everything incredibly easy. She stayed on top of communication and made sure everything was handled before we arrived, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders.
