I stayed here when they first opened. The homes themselves are nice, but they retain a lot of humidity. I eventually moved out to be closer to work, and that’s when the office staff’s attitude toward me changed. Two days before my move-out date, they blocked my access to my mailbox without giving me any notice. Additionally, they charged me $150 for leaving anything behind. Ali is a wonderful addition to the authentix maintenance staff. He is very consistent and hardworking, always going out of his way to help! The maintenance team at Authentix is top notch!
Will was amazing! So welcoming and helpful. Thankfully he was able to show us an available unit on site and the amenities offered are great. Convenient location.
