Will was amazing! So welcoming and helpful. Thankfully he was able to show us an available unit on site and the amenities offered are great. Convenient location.
The process is toomuch slow I requested the I need the house soon, and the house is ready but the process it’s taking for a life time, no coordination between one department and another department of a customer need house soon why should you make him wait for 3days for verifying his credit or docs? If you get hundreds of profiles to verify then we can understand it will take some time but then you can increase man power. Take my warning after a 1 year lease. Update 2 years later as I'm still recouping from losses after staying here. Seems nice at first because it's new, but prepare yourself for typical robbery policies. All reviews are requested immediately upon move in. This was my move out experience. 1st floor apartment with an ant hill directly in front. It was poisoned, and I kept a clean place, so not an issue except for when they would come from under the bathtub to drink the sweat from my clothes hamper after a jitsu class. Half the ... read more
