The day after I moved in I was unloading groceries from my car when the neighbors dog lunged through a window screen and tried to attack me. The dog’s owners kept yelling profanity at me whenever I walked outside like I had done something to provoke the attack. I reported the harassment from the owners to the office manager and he told me that it was my responsibility to remove myself from an aggressive situation. Decent place to live, quiet for the most part. Some pretty good amenities. Only issue is if you are a dog owner no one here seems to pick up after their dog and management doesn't enforce it either. They have a dog park but it is full of dog poop even walking around the community it's just laying all over even though there are trash bins with bags included to pick up after the dog. It never really use to be a problem or much trash laying around until management changed.
Visiting my sister and she requested a few work orders to be completed. She is at work right now but a gentleman by the name of Stephen came by to fix the issues. Usually I don’t leave reviews for employees but he was polite and made sure it was a good time to come by and fix the issues. He completed the task in a timely manner, overall this a great community and I have been considering moving here to be closer to my sister. I told him I would let the office know how great he was.
