Update*** The onsite management continues to impress me and my colleagues with their quick responses and above-and-beyond services, not to mention very friendly attitude towards tenants. This place is located next to Culver's. Id would recommend this place for a great place to rent.
Our company uses several apartments at Authentix in Cartersville for corporate housing. The complex is pretty new about 3 years and clean. The best part is their staff, especially Ms Carleigh Gore(i think she is the manager). She was very kind and super-prompt in responding to our needs for maintenance service or other requests. She certainly deserves very high compliments for providing such excellent professional services. Thank you
I’ve been here for a little over a year now and can’t complain. The pool and gym are very nice. Parking can be a pain if you come in late but not really a big deal. Staff management always communicates quickly when issues arise, so I appreciate them for that!
