I had such a terrible experience with this salon and specifically staff member named Fran, and wanted to share this with anyone considering this place. The location is very close to my house, and I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of products from them within the past few years. Today, I went in for a consultation that I had booked 3 weeks ago.
