In late summer 2019, I worked with representatives of Authentik Canada to plan a trip to the Banff area. Authentik billed me a total of $3987 CAN which I paid in two payments – one for $1,196 CAN on October 22, 2019 and the second for $2,791 CAN on February 19, 2020. Nous avons loué un VR pour une semaine avec Canadream via Authentik. Lors de la prise de possession, le rack à vélos n’était pas installé. Un gars a installé un rack dont les 1ères attaches (en plastique) étaient brisées. J’ai demandé qu’on le remplace, ce qui a été fait. A la moitié du séjour, les attaches qui tenaient le vélo de mon fils ont brisés, le trainant sur la route. Le vélo est une perte totale.
