In late summer 2019, I worked with representatives of Authentik Canada to plan a trip to the Banff area. Authentik billed me a total of $3987 CAN which I paid in two payments – one for $1,196 CAN on October 22, 2019 and the second for $2,791 CAN on February 19, 2020. The trip was scheduled to start on September 1, 2020. COVID and the resulting closure of the Canadian border made the trip impossible.
